Membership

Our membership functions on a subscription system. It renews automatically on an annual basis, but you can cancel at any point and will be notified 7 days before renewal by email. Please make sure to maintain your contact and banking details up-to-date.

You can manage your membership at any point here. Since membership benefits begin immediately, cancelling your membership will lead to a pro-rata charge on the card on file. Failed payments will lead to cancellation after 15 days.

Conference tickets

Refunds are accepted up until the registration deadline. Note that this will also cancel your free membership trial.

Mailing list

By buying or subscribing to one of our products or services, you agree to be further contacted about further EISS events or activities.

Speakers & Chairs

Any last-minute withdrawal in the month before the Annual Conference will be penalised with the suspension of participation rights for two years. Only exceptional circumstances will be accepted as exemptions from this rule.
